  One of the more consistent Sonics for me and it's the closest. It easy to pop in for a drink and snack so I don't go grocery shopping nearby hungry!

  when I order my food, I order large, and every single time they put a small or medium sized amount in the large fry/tot container.

  I went by to get food for me and my wife. I got a chili cheese 1/4 pound coney for myself and i couldn't even take one bite. The hot dog was hard and inedible. I've been trying to call the store to make a complaint; hoping I could get a refund or something made of equal value. I've called 7 times and no one is answering. I'd appreciate a refund or a remake. Ill even take a picture of it before I throw it in the trash. I also got a truffle nut blast and it was basically just vanilla ice cream.

  At 1:12 on July 8th, a friend placed an order on my sonic app that didn't come out as desired, and the regional director, Aimee, the area coach, as she said, refused to do anything to help and said "if you order it again that way we can make it that way" Despicable service

  The people at the Sonic Drive-In on Chapman highway or just the best. They really care and they're just so upbeat. Thank you so much. You're amazing! Customer service means everything because so many times there is no customer service anymore sadly.
