- HJHaley Jones3 days ago5.0Let me tell you. Best pizza hands down in the area! Always hot and fresh and just the way we like it. There was a little bit of discrepancy with Door Dash but the store manager Dan made it right! He was helpful and in the end got us what we needed! 10/10 recommend!

But onto my actual review… I’ve always enjoyed ordering Pizza Hut, but let me tell you—this location specifically is horrendous. I’ve ordered from them 3–4 separate times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just an off day. At this point, it’s clear it wasn’t. Every single time, the pizza has so little sauce on it you’re practically raw dogging bread and toppings. The pizza is always soggy, thin, and poorly made. Somehow the only thing that seems cooked are the toppings and those are scorched somehow. The in-store service is trash, and overall the quality is way lower than other Pizza Hut locations in Knoxville.
