  This place is not good. Placed a delivery order. I don't understand why they started using a third-party delivery service. I get DoorDash is (sort of) useful, but if I wanted a weed smell with a side of pizza then I would have just smoked a joint and fixed a Totinos (it would have been better). Wings were DRY/should have ordered naked wings and paid extra for sauce to dip, pizza was cardboard & sauceless and tasted "off", and (the cherry on top) garlic sauce was out of date. We've tried this location several times and immediately remember why we only order them once per year. Full disclosure: I've never experienced their "atmosphere" or their "staff", but from previous reviews and their lack of knowledge on making a pizza, I'm going to bet they are "1-star" as well. #$60fortrash #mydogwouldnteveneatit

  If I could put 0 stars I would. Placed an order at 2:24 for delivery for a birthday party. Delivery time was set for 5:00. This was for 5 large pizzas. They never showed on time. The reason why is they outsource their deliveries to DoorDash. Someone had to leave said party and go pick these pizzas up. Didn’t get said pizza until 5:40. With 20 minutes left before venue time was up. We placed this order at 2:24pm!!!! Do yourselves a favor and shut your doors.

  Let me start off by saying i'm not the type to complain about anything but Probably the worst pizza i've ever had i don't know what's wrong with it.It doesn't look like it has any sauce on it and it has a funny taste this restaurant is nasty and dingy inside and the lady that handed me my pizza.I hope to god She wasn't the one that made it with scabs. All over her hands i wouldn't feed this pizza to my dog i usually go to the ten thousand block of kingston pike, but for some reason they're permanently closed

  (Tip your carry-out orders TOO, they are going through it & working hard for your $1-$2 tip you "might" leave!) The woman manger (missy?!) in there working her heart out!!! The gentlemen behind the counter ARE ALWAYS on point, fast, RESPECTFUL & clean service EVERYTIME IVE CAME IN THERE! ONE OF THE BETTER TASTING PIZZA HUTS! (LENIOR & this particular KINGSTON PIKE LOCATION!) 💯 SIDENOTE:::: I Witnessed a man come in on a Saturday (NIGHT) & try to bully the woman behind the counter! ...((JUST FEMALES BTW WORKING)) (APPARENTLY HE WAS IN THERE COMPLAINING EARLIER THAT DAY!!!!).... Ppl don't see everything, definitely appreciative she kept it professional; she had every right IF SHE WOULD HAVE GAVE IT BACK TO THAT CUSTOMER THAT WAS THREATENING HER PHYSICALLY!!! (Tip your carry-out orders!!!! ECONOMY IS HARD ENOUGH, they are going through it & working hard for your $1-$2 tip you "might" leave!) Also noticed if I place my order on the app, not only eventually do I get "free food, discounts" (quicker then most places) but my order comes out just how I WANT IT, cause it is exactly how I ENTERED IT! (Even a place for "special instructions") LOVE IT 10 out of 10!
