  Didn't receive full meal, either store only gave half order of cheese sticks or driver ate them, driver made additional stops on the way and food was cold on arrival and wings were raw

  We order a pizza offline, got to the place ( we live about 25 minutes from here, but it’s the closest one to us) We order a pizza with pepperoni and double breadsticks. Got home, pizza had no pepperoni on it, just cheese and the cut was terrible. Call to talk and they put me on hold to speak to a manager I was on hold for over 25 minutes. My mom called and she was on hold for about the same amount of time. Also they had a sign that said 2 drinks for $4 but then when she rang it up they charged us 3.50 each. If that deal was no longer going on then that sign shouldn’t be up. It was a sign on the counter that can simply be took off. Now this happened at 7pm, got home at 7:30 I didn’t have time to go back to the store. By time we got home, I needed to feed my kids and nurse my new born that I just gave birth to on the 12th.

  Ordered my pizza at 6:40 for delivery and I literally just got it at 8:35. My washer text at 8 amd said oh they said they forgot to make your pizza so it will be another 15 minutes. Come on pizza hut get it together damn .

  Service has been amazing! The one managing our order was very friendly, and I can not complain at all! While I miss the buffets of old Pizza Huts, this is a very fantastic place still!
