  I had the Worst experience with pizza but tonight that I've ever had I spent $70 on pizza money that I made doing deliveries for Walmart yesterday carrying peoples heavy groceries well today I had a long day and didn't feel like cooking so decided to order pizza well all my items didn't arrive the driver had a bad attitude and I been calling for a hour trying to get connected to the store to get my stuff and it's been a hassle I'm not going to be ordering from you guys EVER AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER

  I called and reported this location to the Knoxville Health Department. I will also file a complaint with Pizza Hut. They served me 14 undercooked/raw chicken bites. AND I mean RAW. Obviously, they’re not checking to make sure temperatures in their fryers are where they should be. Makes you wonder what else they are not doing to maintain health and safety standards. Ironically, I used Hut loyalty points. I’m now absolutely done with all Pizza Huts forever. I also used a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. Potentially making guests sick is probably not what T-Mobile had in mind when partnering with Pizza Hut. Melissa, the head manager who oversees all the Pizza Huts in the area, was not of any help. She successfully turned what was once a returning customer into someone who has now sworn off the chain forever. With fast-food locations closing across the country, this is the worst possible strategy for customer retention. I was very surprised at how combative she was over the phone. No empathy or apology, and not the experience customers are looking for. Her demeanor and tone suggested she didn't care at all that a restaurant she oversees is potentially poisoning people by serving undercooked chicken. Do yourself a huge favor and never eat here. A cheap meal may end up costing you a two-day stay in the hospital, and potentially a five-figure medical bill that would follow.
