  Service sucks the blonde girl is always arguing with one the employees guys loud and don't no how she is still even there the food always never cooked all way

  Jaquay at the Pizza hut is so nice and greeted us with a smile. Very professional and our food was good as well. Thank you Jaquay for your help and the pizza!!!!!

  Asked for large thin crust pizza with ham and pepperoni only got pepperoni and also asked for garlic Parmesan wings want to say we didn't order that was a lie there is also no red sauce on the pizza either

  I just wanted to tale the time to let everyone know that there is a manager at the Cumberland location im not sure cuz I did it off app. But her name is Jennifer. But ya know I was aggravated, I gave teenagers. I had to work late. Which is not a new thing but I have 3 teens as well and they are idk if there picking but they like there own things and it was late. So the pizza was messed up. But I called Jennifer delt with it. Even called me back to make sure I was coming. Understood cuz I did have a lil attitude. Idk what to say but she is good at customer service. And we need that in jobs like that. My replacement pizza is messed up too but im not nearly as aggravated because idk she just seemed like good people that is trying to make it!

  I stopped going here two years ago because this location cannot get an order right. Tried again today and ordered an XL 16 in “New Yorker” and got this obviously too small square cut thing in the XL box. My 8 year old was starving and had to eat something. I had to call and wait on hold to get a replacement. The other pizza was undercooked but their pan pizzas have always been undercooked. It’s great that they’ll replace it, but I don’t want to spend 30 min of my evening trying to get ahold of them after working all day every time I order pizza. Go anywhere else because this place just makes life more stressful.
