  Worst food customer service ever. The pizza arrived 57 minutes early. They said they rang the ring doorbell, which is not accurate as we can easily show photos. Then he just sent the order on the ground with ants. We called and talked to the manager, Nick, who did absolutely nothing.

  My company was doing work for this Papa John’s location redoing their parking lot and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff here is. They were more than helpful and kind. The food is also great and the whole experience was wonderful. I want to give a shout out to Bree, Patrick, and Chris. Thank you guys for being awesome! 😎

  Philly cheesesteak pizza vegetables were not cooked very little steak and too much cheese, overall unsatisfied usually delicious

  I placed an order, was turned over to door dash. I was at motel 6 in Knoxville rm 122. The order was marked as delivered to rm 123. There is no room 123. Called the store and the general manager was very rude, he did refund my money, allegedly, I still haven't seen it, but they need to do better. He was rude, told me it was my mistake, I told him I had a copy of my receipt indicating the correct room number he laughed and told me they were busy. This is very poor customer service. I placed the order correctly, door dash and Papa John's got it wrong.
