  Honestly, I was headed to Little Caesars tonight, but decided to go with Papa John’s instead because it’s always been one of our Friday night favorites. 🍕 I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza with pineapple and banana peppers, along with the Bacon Cheese Sticks. Let me tell y’all… the pictures online and what I actually received were two completely different things. 😩 The Bacon Cheese Sticks looked nothing like the picture—what I got was dried-out, hard bread that was honestly very disappointing. The picture had me expecting something completely different. That’s some serious false advertising. 🤦🏽‍♀️ And what really made it worse was seeing how many employees were in the store, yet the quality of the food still came out like this. I also noticed that gloves weren’t being worn during the dough preparation or, from what I could see, in general. I’m actually glad I chose carryout because I was able to see what was going on for myself. I’m not one to complain just to complain, but when you spend your money expecting a certain quality and don’t get it, you have every right to say something. This was definitely not the Papa John’s experience I’m used to, and tonight was a major disappointment. 😒🍕

  Worst food customer service ever. The pizza arrived 57 minutes early. They said they rang the ring doorbell, which is not accurate as we can easily show photos. Then he just sent the order on the ground with ants. We called and talked to the manager, Nick, who did absolutely nothing.

  My company was doing work for this Papa John’s location redoing their parking lot and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff here is. They were more than helpful and kind. The food is also great and the whole experience was wonderful. I want to give a shout out to Bree, Patrick, and Chris. Thank you guys for being awesome! 😎

  Philly cheesesteak pizza vegetables were not cooked very little steak and too much cheese, overall unsatisfied usually delicious

  I placed an order, was turned over to door dash. I was at motel 6 in Knoxville rm 122. The order was marked as delivered to rm 123. There is no room 123. Called the store and the general manager was very rude, he did refund my money, allegedly, I still haven't seen it, but they need to do better. He was rude, told me it was my mistake, I told him I had a copy of my receipt indicating the correct room number he laughed and told me they were busy. This is very poor customer service. I placed the order correctly, door dash and Papa John's got it wrong.
