  I ordered pizza last night and I have to say the young lady named Tamira was absolutely amazing she had the best personality. The other staff was very efficient and fast.I hope her employer knows how valuable she is that young lady is going places!!! Thank you Papa John's

  The people at this location are very friendly and professional. They get everything out quick and on time. Very organized and clean. Clean restrooms but for employees only. The lobby us closed at this location but there is a drive through. Conveniently located. I do not really eat pizza is the only reason I gave 3 stars. The presentation of the food is very good. They do a really good job at this location.

  This is ridiculous, my order totaled to $19.51 after tax ( I did order the brownies also ) and I left a tip when asked because it was something I wanted delivered and didn't have any cash on me. After calling the store it evidently was set as carryout ( confused on why I was asked to leave a tip if it wasn't delivered). After changing it to delivery my card got hit for another $6, which is evidently the going rate now for any pizza place delivery. Considering that gas prices are extremely high right now the distance from here to there to carryout is probably around $1. I just didn't feel like getting back out today and I normally don't order out , but I thought I would splurge. Insult to injury the driver doesn't even get the delivery charge but it goes to corporate...they only get a percentage of mileage pay. No wonder the pizza places can't keep drivers when they make a minimal base rate and don't get the money charged for the delivery charge. Also, the pizza I received is nothing like I had before...it definitely isn't worth the money. I think I'll just do as before and get frozen pizza from the grocery store and add my own toppings. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the management being understanding and the driver that delivered it. The fact the pizza looks like it does is also probably because of corporate standards only allowing them to put so much on it. After posting this the manager resolved the issue and was very professional in handling the situation ( even though he never saw the post ). The point of the matter is that places are raising their prices and lowering the quality and quantity of their products. A company that doesn't compromise and still delivers quality and savings might still survive the current downfall of the economy...even if they take a loss currently.
