The food is amazing; they've never gotten an order wrong and it's always ready when it says it'll be. Also on a strip of stores so it's great for stopping for something light while shopping.

Just a slow decrease in quality over last couple of years. Since they sold the brand to Private Equity they portion sizes are getting smaller, the bread is no longer fresh, the salads have more iceberg lettuce instead of other greens and it just lost the edge. It is no longer worth going too. Why pay 10 bucks for a sandwich that is on par with subway.

A special thank you to the lady and Manager named Katie. She normally does five people’s jobs at once when we get there. She is a very respectful and diligent worker.
She is kind and goes out of her way to not only help the customers, people at the working the cashier, people preparing the food, and more.
Praise the Lord.
God is good.

The staff is friendly but overworked and underpaid, as indicated by their extreme turnover rate. I doubt I will find reason to eat there again since the corporate decision makers raised the price and vastly diminished the selection and value of the Sip Club. Their CEO was paid $4.5 million in 2025, but feels it's appropriate to nickle and dime those of us who have been Sip Club members for years. Sign up for the charged lemonades or frescas? Well those are no longer available to you. They will be $4 or so now and your Sip Club membership will serve only as a subscription for Pepsi products and room temperature coffee...all from machines that never seem to get cleaned. Another gimmicky bait and switch from a company that could care less about its customers or workforce, so long as their CEO can work toward a higher position in the Epstein class.
Now that Sip Club has basically dumped me (after multiple surprise price increases along the way), I don't suppose I will be eating at Panera again. A friend of mine once described their options as "overpriced hospital food" and I couldn't agree more. I would eat it out of convenience, just the same, but now without Sip Club having any value anymore, why would I not choose from one of the other much higher quality options in the area? I could even eat local! I could give my money to a company that actually cares about the people filling their bank accounts!
$4.5 million paid to their CEO and they wont even hire enough people to adequately staff. $4.5 million paid to their CEO and anything more interesting than a Pepsi is considered "premium" and not covered by the subscription service they started specifically for their supposed variety of drinks. It's lame and greedy and I hope winds of change start humbling companies like this. I'll do my part by sharing this complaint in every conversation I can fit it into. Then I'll smile as more and more Paneras go out of business.
