    I hate that the food is so good, because the service has been consistently terrible. Our office orders from here regularly for large groups, and almost every single order has had some kind of issue - missing items, missing add-ons we paid for, or entire orders being swapped with someone else’s. At first, we tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was due to being busy or possibly DoorDash errors. The final straw was when we placed an order for six teammates and received a completely different order meant for someone else (one persons food). I contacted both DoorDash and the restaurant, and what stood out immediately was how quickly the blame was placed on DoorDash. The restaurant offered to remake the order if I came to pick it up myself. When I arrived, they still hadn’t even started remaking it, meaning I was already over two hours into dealing with the situation - and when I finally got the replacement order back to the office after 3 hours of dealing with this, it was STILL incorrect. At that point, I called again and asked a simple question before speaking to the manager: whether delivery drivers grab orders from a pickup shelf or if staff hand them directly to the driver. I was told the staff hand them directly to the drivers, which made it pretty clear the restaurant was shifting blame for mistakes happening on their end. When speaking to the manager on the phone after that, he basically confirmed it. To their credit, they later offered another replacement meal to make up for it. But once again, I had to go pick it up myself, and once again, the order wasn’t even started when I arrived 30 minutes later. While waiting, the same manager intentionally mispronounced my name when calling me up for the order. Normally that wouldn’t bother me, but given the repeated issues and interactions, it felt (and looked) completely deliberate and unprofessional, trying to get under my skin. I’m just a girl who’s hungry at 2pm after not eating all day! We’ve spent hundreds of dollars a week here and have rarely received a fully correct order. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years as both a server and bartender, and this is genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced - especially when attempting to correct mistakes. I’ve never had to repeatedly contact a restaurant over incorrect orders like this before, and I’m filled with shame over being the person to address something so easy as double checking orders, or feeling belittled by their team. The food is great, which makes this even more disappointing, but unfortunately we won’t be returning.
