    I ordered a sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit this morning before work. My sausage egg and cheese biscuit had no egg even though i was charged for it and when i called the store about this issue the woman that answered just sighed and hung up on me

    Placed a mobile order late, but I was the only one there, so I knew there could be a bit of a wait, waited 30 minutes while 2 employees laughed and joked outside of the store, left after the 30 minutes. More of that knoxville brand of not doing any part of your job.

    Probably one of the slowest and disorganized McDonald's ive come across, the people very friendly just felt like they was clueless, my two oldest children work at McDonald's and they was disgusted.

    I want to preface this review by saying that I am probably this locations number one customer, or close to it. Between my fiancée and I, I buy food there 2-5 times a day. Yes, EVERY SINGLE DAY. I know every person that works there by their face(I’m bad with names) and 90% of the staff is amazing. Very friendly, helpful and always make sure we feel at home. As you should make every customer feel, especially your regulars. I am a fine dining restaurant manager myself, and fully understand the importance of this in the restaurant industry. With that said, there is one manger there that needs to be redirected harshly. I do not know her name but she usually works mornings, she is short with a heavy build and is Hispanic. This woman has literally ruined our experience every single time we’ve been forced to interact with her. I’ve also seen/ overheard several other customers having a difficult time with her. A customer in front of me in line today was baffled at how rude she was to her and her daughter. I explained to them that I deal with her all the time, and sadly, that’s just how she treats people. Last week, a customer in the drive thru called her the “B” word because of how she was treating them after SHE made a mistake! But when it comes to us, she obviously has something extra special against us. She has made disrespectful comments to my fiancée about how she’s dressed on three separate occasions! This has never happened anywhere in our lives but THREE TIMES NOW WITH HER. She literally made my sweet fiancée cry for wearing a tank top when it was hot outside. On another occasion, she was rude to my fiancée because she hit her vape right outside the door as we were walking in. (the exact same way all of their employees who smoke/vape do) So I simply said, “You should probably tell tell your employees that because seeing them do it is what made us think it was okay.” She then proceeded with to threaten me with not giving me my food that I already paid for. She then stormed to the back where she proceeded to make hateful remarks about us for several minutes, making sure she was loud enough for us to hear her. Another employee had to come take over and apologize to us on her behalf. You could tell she was super embarrassed at how her manager was acting. Now today, she embarrassed me in front of a busy restaurant by accusing me of trying to get a refill on a drink that I bought earlier in the day. She forced me to pull out my receipt just to get a refill on my sweet tea I bought 20 minutes prior. The way she spoke to me was so disrespectful that a nearby table stopped me on my way out to let me know they saw it and told me her behavior was unacceptable. As a restaurant manager myself, her attitude and lack of customer service needs to be addressed in my opinion. If the owners know what’s best for their business they will rid themselves of this woman yesterday. With all that said, I almost let this event slide just like all of the others.(these are just a few of the dozens of instances I’ve seen/experienced with her) But this event in particular really offended me. Especially considering the fact that all the employees know me up there, and know I eat there multiple times a day. That this was the fourth drink I had purchased between breakfast and lunch today and probably wouldn’t have been the last. Considering the fact that I spend hundreds of dollars at this location every single week and always show respect to the employees as well as the restaurant itself. So I’m writing this review on behalf of every customer this “manager” has disrespected and treated like they’re less than. We do not deserve to be harassed, judged and belittled when we’re simply trying to enjoy our meals in peace. It’s very disheartening and until something is done about her, we will both be taking our business next door. She has made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable for being there.

    Messed up the entire order Give me the wrong drink not the amount of food that I paid for by the time I ate my food it was too late to realize the girl in the window was too worried about someone getting fired and not about getting my order correct My drink ended up being diet so I had to dump the whole thing out barely got any fries I didn't get my chicken nugget My sandwich wasn't wrapped and it was just thrown into the bag There was no one in line and I was the only customer so this is unexcusable The next time I come in I'll have my receipt and I expect a full refund, then I'll never be back to this location Feel free to contact me.
