  Their “system” seems to constantly go down early in the mornings when they don’t feel like making food. Has happened multiple times at this location. Huge inconvenience to people who placed mobile orders and now have to get it refunded and stop somewhere else on the way to work.

  I wish they can get away of the self ordering machine they have. It's very confusing for old people.

  I just bought a mocha frappe and it's literally just ice. I took like three sips and it was just ice. I went to complain and they told me they couldn't help me, that's just how they are. Every time I come to McDonald's I order one and they're nothing like this.

  Came through today and got 2 meals, a happy meal, and a large drink. Waited 35 minutes in the drive through until I was handed only the happy meal. I told the person, Bryan, handling my order that I was missing 6 things combined. He tried to argue with me and tell me that he handed me those items. After convincing him he didn’t he said “oh I must’ve given it to someone else. I’ll have my manager remake it”. 15 minutes later we get the rest of our food. The sandwiches were wrong, the drinks had no ice and were not filled all the way up, and I attached a picture of how we genuinely received our large fries. I called and complained and Bryan answered the phone. He told me he was the manager (despite telling me his manager was remaking the food the first time?) and that I would have to bring the food back if I wanted a refund. I told him I would not do that, I am already home. He told me basically tough luck and that they were understaffed. Understaffed or not, this quality is absolutely unacceptable. 50 minutes in the drive through when in that entire 50 minutes there were maybe 10 cars coming through is unacceptable. I worked in fast food and it was NOT a rush, just a normal flow. Not being able to get out the food appropriately, and leaving customers to wait over an hour is not normal. Absolutely ridiculous.
