  Unacceptable experience tonight. Half-cooked two burgers and forgot the 2 McDoubles entirely. Please make sure orders are complete and food is properly prepared before customers leave the restaurant.

  The grease in the deep fryers lately has been dirty and old you can tell by tasting the food the chicken especially. I think also there's been a few times that the chicken has been bad it will not taste right it almost looks wrong in the middle or has a weird taste to it . When the deep fryers have not been played It will have a burnt taste to it instead of being able to taste the Pickled batter. And the person that answered the phone said that nobody else had complained about it but I have worked in the food business for over 20 years especially working with fast food and the deep fryers the grease in them needs to be changed at least twice a day and whenever I told her about the taste of the food and it was the grease and the deep fryers, she said they will be changed today sounds to me like they wait several days and there's only one day that they change it one time. Someone needs to check out the food and this restaurant because that is dangerous you could make somebody really sick and that explains why my kid and my mom have gotten diarrhea an upset stomach after eating there! We have had to go to other restaurants or drive further and go to a different McDonald's

  waited for my order for 20 minutes, had to go in and get it and the worker was very rude. No one here knows what going on. Wasn’t even busy in the store.

  Came and picked up a mobile order. Got 2 big arches and 1 of them the bottom bun is rock hard and the 2nd one had nothing but sauce and meat. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Try to call this location and the phone is set up to ring once and an automated system say they are unavailable. I should have cancelled order when I pulled in all the employees are outside.
