    Ordered 3 McFlurries and a fudge sundae. All 3 McFlurries were just ice cream with a little of the topping thrown on top. Barely enough to mix into all the ice cream. The fudge sundae also barely had any fudge on it. For $17, we barely got more than plain vanilla ice cream. Definitely will not be visiting this McDonalds again if I can help it

    I have literally never been so frustrated to the point where I write a review but here I am… I am aware of the lack of staffing that damn near every company faces. However, if you cannot get enough people to work your closing hours, do not say you are open. It’s not fair to the staff and it sure isn’t fair to the paying customers which are more than likely no longer customers. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and was getting off of work to get dinner. I waited close to 25 minutes just to get to the speaker box. But shit hit the fan when I got told their system wouldn’t take my code and they wouldn’t be able to get it to work. I proceeded to tell them that I already got charged for it and I didn’t know what they wanted me to do about it. They just ignored me and stopped talking to me entirely. I was sitting in the drive thru with 5 other cars behind me one of them being someone I was with that was also getting off work and had also placed a mobile order. I had to tell everyone in the drive thru by getting out of my car that they weren’t doing mobile orders cause their “system stopped working” and we needed to leave. The reason I put this in quotes is because they stop serving dinner at 11 p.m for some stupid reason. It was 10:50 by the time I got to the speaker box and I guarantee that they didn’t want to make all of our orders and would’ve told us they stopped serving dinner because it had passed 11 o’clock. I’m sorry, but if you don’t have the staffing or enough care to make sure your establishment can run smoothly during is publicly posted business hours, you need to either fire and or hire more people, or close earlier. You have wasted my time, my patience, my money, and you have lost a customer who chose to dine with this location for quite a while. I know you’re not losing much money from me alone, but if this keeps happening, the net loss will start to be realized. Also, I will add that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I have dealt with this time and time again with this same store, and things refuse to change. This isn’t me throwing a fit, it’s me warning everyone who might read this review to spend your time and money elsewhere!

    I ordered two chicken happy meals. They "forgot" to put the chicken in, but they had the toy, apple slices, and fries. And they still charged me for the chicken

    Me and my kids went there to eat a week ago. We used the kikos. We waited over 30 minutes. Other after me that order got for. I told.this one worker and he seem like he didn't care. They d k und my order on the counter. Then when I got it my burger was wrong. They didn't seem to care. I email the McDonald's on their website and personally email the owners Faris and I got back no response. Never eating at their McDonald's again.
