  2 lanes were open in the morning. Oth had been moving. The car in front of me and I had both oredered in mobile app. Instead of waiting on both lanes, alternating back and forth, with NO warning, the merson taking orders just stopped speaking to our lane.I finally walked over to the other lane and another customer TOLD them. They responded they were busy. The other man left and I went and got in the other line. NO apologies. Just, "you have a nice day" from manager. NOTHING. And I waited in line 18 minutes.

  There is something seriously, seriously wrong with the staff that work here. Screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs audible from a good few feet outside the establishment as if it’s a psychiatric care home is not normal for any establishment, much less a place responsible for giving you food.

  We waited for 20 mins in line. Then they told us they had NO MEAT. We told them we didn’t mind to wait but they stated they didn’t have any meat at all in the store to cook but chicken. They rang up chicken nuggets instead of the burger so the complaint can’t be traced. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

  genuinely have never been in a mcdonald’s that was this bad. someone was being very rude to other employees in the back, no one was ever up front in the lobby at any given point. orders messed up as can be. staff looking you up and down and walking to the back and being left again for at least five-ten minutes. finally got a drink after fifteen minutes and yes, there was no straw. definitely not a rush hour either there was maybe two people in drive thru and two in lobby.

  Every time I go to this McDonald’s on Merchant Dr in Knoxville during the nighttime get in line to the drive-through line parking lot, orders, myself some chicken nuggets and some sweet tea or other food drinks in our time I place a mobile app order from McDonald’s app sometime it took forever for the employee to answer on the speaker to be greeted and serve tonight on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. I went this drive-through line about 10 or 11 PM eastern time went to the drive-through line. Wait for the employee to greet me and serve me to take my order so I get in line waited patiently because there’s a lot of people or in front of me. The employee was not serving me greeting me by not taking my order then I canceled my order on the app because they took so long to green when I go to the first drive-through window, I’ll see a bunch of employees were on their phone a set of like doing their job by greeting the customer and serving the customer by taking your order and sometimes if I go to this McDonald’s or merchant drive during the nighttime I get serve and greeted but sometime my order wasn’t ready require me to go to a third window to wait for an employee to give me my order because my order wasn’t ready and place this order at home before going to the McDonald’s or sometime, they forgot to give me some item to order so my best recommendation. Please do not go to this McDonald’s on merchant Drive in Knoxville during the nighttime long drive-through lines bunch of vehicles in the drive-through and parking lot and have a lot of McDonald’s employee on their phone and managers to address the employee doing their job correctly so every time I go to this McDonald’s on merchant dr during the nighttime my service was not up to par because it took so long to take my order and said my order wasn’t ready and then forgot to put some of my item that I order in the bag so tonight they took so order to take my order after replacing my order from the McDonald’s app so I’ve ordered order choice to cancel the order and get my money back and drive to the Taco Bell on Clinton Highway near the Walmart in Knoxville tonight so I would recommend nobody going to this McDonald’s on merchant Drive in Knoxville Tennessee during nighttime so best if you come this McDonald’s location during the daytime if you want good service so that’s all I have to say because this McDonald’s open 24 hours day and night
