  Very slow service sit in drive thru for 45 minutes. No excuse for this.

  So my friend ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, but they brought it to him, it smelled atrocious. Upon gazing into the bag, a stench rose out and you began to see the green ooze. The green goop dripped slowly down his chin, ate it, and we realized something was very wrong. He started coughing out the green coop and we asked for a new bagel and they gave us another one that had brown sticky stuff on it

  I've been here twice in the last few weeks and both times my order has been wrong. I even called to try and get this sorted out, but nobody picked up. I expect better our of a family owned franchise store because I know corporate wouldn't put up with that low standard.

  This is by far the worst McDonald's in east TN that I've ever been to. They do not participate in McDonald's deals, they are constantly preparing food wrong, and who in their right mind keeps putting ketchup on McChickens. Will not be coming back again and I'd recommend one further up Chapman if you're only stopping because it's on your way to the mountains. (P.S In the photo what appears to be a bite in the bread wasn't, they ripped my bun prepping my food, then gave me a patty that had half of it left on the grill, and the other patty was half raw)

  They always close the lobby at different times sometimes the lights are out in the lobby and it looks closed and they still tell you you have to come in and get it from the lobby I also feel like that's a safety hazard with the shady characters that hang around there and it's also a great deal of confusion food is never ready wait times are ridiculous for the smallest orders sometimes then the lights in the lobby will be on and they tell you to come through drive thru and get it so which one is it McDonald's do we come in or go through the drive thru not to mention the employs are rude the Manager there argued with me and called me a liar about what time the lobby's has been closing and I do Uber Eats I always take my wife with me on Saturdays and Sundays because she is off last Saturday night from this date they closed their lobby at 10pm and my wife was a witness to their rude behavior and what time the lobby was closed and the manager told me that I was a liar and that she had worked that night and they didn't close the lobby that early and proceeded to ask me if I was sure that it was Saturday when the lobby was closed at 10:00 p.m. and I told her yes I was sure that my wife was a witness I said do you want me to go get her out of the car and she repeatedly kept calling me a liar and like I said I do Uber Eats but I am not going to tolerate the level of disrespect that that woman showed me so I canceled my order and I came to a decision that I've had nothing but bad experiences with all the McDonald's in Knoxville besides West Knoxville so I refuse to do any kind of business transaction with the McDonald's corporations restaurants or businesses unless they are located in West Knoxville and if you do any kind of food delivery for them I suggest that you get out while the getting is good!!!!!
