  The restaurant has rude staff at the drive through. My ticket called for a medium sized coffee. The staff gave me a small and after already paying them didn’t apologize. Didn’t correct the mistake. Blamed me. My last time there. The girl toke my money and spill it on to the driveway. She open handed turn her hand over to dump the money. I’m done with this rude behavior.

  She has the worst attitude I have ever seen. I just watched her take old fry’s that has been sitting up there and put them back in the cooking grease. Because I asked for no salt fry’s. And got mad when I said something to the shift manager about I’m not eating refried fry’s. Then she throw my sandwich’s off to the side when I asked if the was fresh like I had requested. I’m not sure if the shift manager is afraid of her or not. But this doesn’t make no sense. If we didn’t have health issues and didn’t need the food asap. I would have got a refund. DONT COME HERE.

  If you are a college student trying to get something to eat after a night out, save yourself the time and go anywhere else but here. Bc why did I have to wait 2 hours for two cheeseburgers and a fry.. me and multiple other customers who had also been waiting well over an hour would ask the employees the status of our order, just to be ignored. The only way I got my food was asking for a refund which is then when they decided to actually make my order. But 2 hours.. I wish I was lying to you. Employees aren’t tentative and give massive attitude when customers start bugging about their order that they been waiting hours for. Most people didn’t even get their food yet McDonald’s still got their money. Do better and stop stealing for college students.

  The service is ALWAYS slow here. Writing this review while I’m in the drive thru right now and have been sitting here for 20 minutes and just now got to the speaker. And after all that waiting, food was given cold. Even the one on magnolia is better than this one. Skip this place and go to cookout. The waits the same but at least the food is hot and fresh.
