  A huge amout of the games here are gambling. They seem to have removed a few of the games to replace them with more of the gambling style.

  We had my son's 13th Birthday party last week and the kids had a blast. Everyone was impressed with the food and activities.

  What a great experience we have a Main Event and the best part now they have a salsa party with a salsa class, so now I can Bolling, play pool tables, get some great drinks, play some video games, pizza with jalapeños was great, and end up the night salsa dancing with Waldo y Jacqui was the best part, thank you Main Event for all you do for the Knoxville community

  My buddy and I have come to play pool and have a few beers here twice a month for the past 1.5 years. We were always served by an awesome bartender named Jacob, he always made us feel welcome and excited to be there. Today we were served by a new bartender, I didn’t catch their name. After 3 hours of playing pool they told us we had to give up our table because we had been there the longest, even though we are being charged to be there. I tried to ask follow up questions, I was very reasonable and I don’t think I had a tone but the person I was speaking to took a bit of an attitude with me and refused to be of much help. Then, since we can’t play pool, we go to cash out and our bill is more than we had ever been charged before. When I ask questions I am, once again, not helped very much. All that to say I’m not too happy with the service. Food is aight though. I miss Jacob, he was cool. These other bartenders aren’t cool. For anyone looking to play pool, drink beer, and eat. I would recommend trying Carolina Alehouse instead.

  I went with my child in a field trip. They hosted no less than 5-6 schools at once. I don’t know if it is open to the public on field trip days or not. The Italian food place you order at has one register. Not even a 2nd one. This causes you to have to wait to order. I spent 35 minutes in line just to order my food. The front where guest check in not much different. I think they had more registers but only one opened. The manager had to come assist a customer while I was waiting In line and talked to her and handled her issue at the register when they could have stepped to the side to allow the line to flow, the lady had paid and all. He proceeded to answer her 5 questions while yet another line opened up. Then he went and opened another register and helps this guy in front of me. I said I was next, he goes this is for groups only. The actual manager of the entire complex didn’t have enough sense to move the customer compliant situation over to the side so not to hold up the business. I did not get to eat with my child because of this. I will never go here again due to lack of customer service, waiting times, and all out incompetence and poor planning on the establishments art.
