On this past visit, however, that was unfortunately not the case. We ordered for pickup, got home super excited. Opened our Giant sized sandwiches (16”), only for my girlfriend to find that not only did they not add the free extra toppings she requested, there was almost no pickles or ranch, and the lettuce was slimy. When I called to ask to get it refunded or remade, the response I was given was, “ Well, the toppings are freebies, so I don’t think you’ll get a free sandwich.” And I hadn’t even mentioned the fact that while my sandwich technically had all of the ingredients, they were extremely skimpy. There was almost no beef on my roast beef sandwich. We will probably never be going back to this location.
