Today when I walked in an employee was crouching behind the counter in view of the door and appeared to have his hand on his pants while looking at his phone. He immediately sprung up when I walked in and stared me down the whole time I was getting my pickup order. I said hello and smiled to try and change the tone, but he kept trying to intimidate me and never said a word. This sounds crazy, but I implore management to check security footage and act accordingly. I do not feel comfortable eating the sandwich as I was not there to watch him make it and his intentions were certainly antagonistic.

Unfortunately, I’d say they only get our orders right about 60% of the time. Missing/wrong items is the most frequent occurrence. It has so much potential
