  The sandwich I ordered could at least have had fresh lettuce.I had to go back to the store that I initially never wanted to go to that’s why I had it delivered.The employee remade the sandwich but had to dig into the bottom of the same lettuce container to find lettuce that wasn’t brown.It was a total disappointment.

  Fantastic service from Bethany, Brandy, and Logan! I came today to get lunch and picked up a few sandwiches. When I got home I noticed my sandwich was wrong so we went back and they were extremely apologetic and helpful. They were worried we would be mad, but it’s no big deal at all. There’s worse things in life and these 3 were great!

  I ordered a CBR, to which I did not receive any lettuce or cheese on it, despite advertising it on the menu. My sandwich was also not the only one that was wrong on our online order. Wanted to try JJ again for the first time in years, and it will be my last probably…
