  So the blonde there today understood the assignment … I asked for two minis for my kids and I watched her take a smaller spoon and pack em down so the scoop wouldn’t just pop off. Thank you Blondie

  Yummy, the ice cream options they provide are so delicious and various. And the lady serving us was super sweet and nice letting us try all the flavors we wanted. Definitely recommend this place. The Raspberry Chocolate swirl ice cream is the best though. Get that one!

  Our visit to Haagen-Dazs was simply amazing! It was my daughter’s first ice cream shop experience, and the staff made it unforgettable. Nate, the employee who served us, was an absolute joy—so friendly, funny, and patient as he helped my daughter find her favorite flavor (cookie dough, of course!). We also had a chance to meet the general manager, Jeff, who was just as friendly and welcoming. The entire experience was wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Five stars all the way!

  I recently visited the Hagen-Dazs location at West Town Mall and had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding service from one of the employees, Nate. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my visit. Nate was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. He was patient and accommodating, even when I asked for modifications to my order. His positive energy and genuine smile made the entire experience feel welcoming and personalized. What truly impressed me, however, was Nate's dedication to ensuring every customer left the store satisfied. He took the time to engage with each person, answered questions, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Hagen-Dazs is lucky to have Nate on their team! His exceptional customer service skills, combined with his passion for the brand, make him a true asset to the company. I will definitely return to this location and look forward to being served by him again. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give him ten stars if I could!

  Waited 15 minutes for coffee chip shake, girl said they did not have any, about to leave and the guy there says we can do coffee just without the chips
