  made a reservation a year ago for my daughter's graduation. waited 15 mins for our table. waiting it turned out was a theme for the night 15 minutes for a drink, after 45 minutes finally came to the table to set up butter for the lobster tails we ordered for dinner let them know they never brought the soups 15 minutes later soups finally come the butter is boiling for dinner and then waited another half hour for steaks. Watched the manager talk about our problems and then ignored us and walked away. My wife went to the front desk to talk to a manager finally they talked to us. Just not worth it in time or price point. i will not ever be back to a lemmings terrible experience

  We recently had dinner at Fleming’s in Knoxville and had a great experience. My fiancée and I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon with crab stuffed shrimp, and while the steak was very good, tender, and perfectly cooked, the shrimp was the undeniable star, bursting with rich, savory flavor and easily the most memorable bite of the night. We each had Caesar salads that felt like an elevated, indulgent twist on the classic, loaded with parmesan and a creamy, well balanced dressing. The lemon drop was our favorite drink, bright, smooth, and refreshing. The chipotle mac and cheese was creamy and satisfying, though we would have preferred a stronger chipotle presence, as it leaned more toward a classic white cheddar mac in flavor. For dessert, I had the carrot cake and she had the lava cake, and both were excellent. The carrot cake was moist and layered with luscious cream cheese frosting, while the lava cake was intensely rich, indulgent, and decadent, with some of the most velvety, high quality chocolate we have had at a restaurant. The ambiance was warm and upscale without feeling stiff, and the service was friendly, polished, and genuinely kind. They even decorated the table for my fiancée’s birthday, which was a thoughtful touch that made the night feel extra special. As a small note, the steak seemed lightly seasoned, possibly to allow for personal preference. Overall, a memorable dining experience and a place we would happily return to. Bravo ⭐️

  Great steaks and all other dishes are wonderful too. If they dont have it on the menu they will try their best to get it for you. Will definitely be one of your top restaurants.

  Spent $350+ for 3 people last Monday, filet was over cooked. Ordered it medium rare and got well done. At least they didn't complain as we were the last table to leave because we were chatting.
