  We went for our 15th anniversary. As usual the service was great and food was delicious. My favorite things I always get are the crab cakes and the crème brûlée. Since it was a special occasion, we got the A5 wagyu too. It is amazing... and fun to cook on the hot stone. The ambience is pleasant and you can enjoy your food and relax. It's expensive, but great for special occasions.

  We had a gift card burning a hole in our pocket, so we finally decided to venture out to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse for the first time. Although jeans are acceptable, I did feel a tad underdressed, so I’d say the atmosphere leans a little more upscale. We made a reservation for 5:45 on a Tuesday and were seated in the main dining area in a half-circle booth. Our waitress, Cece (Chelsea on the receipt), was exactly the kind of server you hope to have when dining out. She was friendly, attentive, and always seemed to have what we needed without ever being overbearing. Even when she wasn’t around, the other waitstaff consistently kept our waters filled, cleared our plates, replenished our bread and butter, and even packed up our leftovers for us before we left. The service was really well done from start to finish. We ordered the Tomahawk Tuesday for Two, which included a 35 oz. Prime Tomahawk steak, two Caesar salads, crispy Brussels sprouts, Fleming’s potatoes (similar to potatoes au gratin), a slice of house-made carrot cake, and chocolate lava cake. The Caesar salads were probably some of the best we’ve had. They came with capers, large pieces of dried prosciutto, and freshly grated Parmesan at the table, along with chilled forks... which, honestly, where else does that happen? Everything we ordered arrived hot (or appropriately cold, in the case of the salads), fresh, and delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly with a crispy, charred exterior, the sides were great (especially the Brussels sprouts), and both desserts were a nice way to finish the meal. Overall, we had a really nice first experience. The food, service, and attention to detail all came together for a 5/5 experience. We’d definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

  Fleming’s continues to be one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Knoxville. We attended the Wine, Whiskey & Wagyu dinner last night, and once again, they knocked it out of the park. The food was fantastic, the wine and whiskey pairings were excellent, and the entire evening was just a genuinely great experience. Whether it’s one of their special wine dinners, Tomahawk Tuesday, or just dinner at the bar, Fleming’s is remarkably consistent. The food is always excellent, and the service is easily some of the best in Knoxville. A special shout-out has to go to Faith, the Wine & Bar Manager. Her knowledge is impressive, but what really sets her apart is the warmth and hospitality she brings to the room. She has a way of making people feel welcome rather than simply attended to, and that makes a huge difference. Faith and the entire team are a big part of why we keep coming back. One of my favorite things about evenings like these is that they become more than just dinner. You end up talking, laughing, meeting new people, and sometimes leaving with new friends. That sense of hospitality and community is something Fleming’s does exceptionally well. Great food and wine will get you through the door. Consistency, hospitality, and people who genuinely care about creating a great experience are what bring you back. Fleming’s has all of that. Already looking forward to the next one. Five stars, without hesitation.

  Another wonderful evening at Fleming’s! We attended the Wine, Whiskey & Wagyu dinner and had such a great time. The food was incredible, the pairings were thoughtfully done, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. We’ve been here many times, from special wine dinners to Tomahawk Tuesdays, and the consistency is one of the things we appreciate most. We know we’re going to have a fantastic meal and be taken care of by an exceptional team. Faith, the Wine & Bar Manager, deserves special recognition. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a warm, welcoming personality. She makes these events feel personal and fun, and you can tell how much she cares about giving her guests a memorable evening. The entire staff reflects that same level of hospitality. The best dinners aren’t only about what’s on the plate or in the glass, though. They’re about laughing around a table, enjoying the evening, meeting wonderful people, and sometimes making new friends along the way. That was absolutely the kind of night we had. There’s a reason Fleming’s has become one of our favorite places in Knoxville. Wonderful food, great wine, fantastic people, and a team that makes you genuinely look forward to coming back. Can’t wait for our next visit!

  What an incredible evening at Fleming’s Knoxville! We attended the Wine, Whiskey & Wagyu tasting experience last night, and it was such a fun, beautifully executed event from beginning to end. The food was fantastic, the pairings were thoughtful, the service was stellar, and one of my favorite parts was simply meeting new people around the table and enjoying the experience together. A huge special shoutout to Faith, the Wine Bar Manager. She is consistently professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely understands wine and hospitality, and she has a way of sharing that knowledge without ever making it feel pretentious. She truly adds something special to every experience at Fleming’s. Of course, at any event you may encounter a guest or two who seems determined to find something to be unhappy about 😂, but that certainly shouldn’t overshadow an otherwise amazing evening. The Fleming’s team handled everything professionally, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Great food, great wine, great whiskey, amazing Wagyu, fantastic service, and new friends made along the way. Experiences like this are exactly why we continue coming back to Fleming’s Knoxville.
