I ordered on the app, so my wait in the store was not as long as others. I have never seen ANY Five Guys this busy!! The employees kept their heads up , working together to get the orders out! Offered free drinks to customers waiting. Apologized for the wait!! Some people were upset about the wait … but what do they expect when it’s BOGO cheeseburger day!! And could plainly see everyone was working together! I was actually surprised to see how efficient the employees were working together. AND they were remembering to change or put on fresh gloves. I usually use another Five Guys location, but they weren’t accepting app orders. So GREAT EMPLOYEES! I’ll be back!

The strawberry shake was the perfect finishing touch, fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. You can tell they put care into the food. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
