It was honestly a fresh breath of air in customer service setting especially, so many people in the fast food industry have been acting like the customers are a bother. I was not able to get the man that made my burger but he also had a great attitude and great customer service. I ordered a to go but he still walked my bag to me. Fast service as well! The one is Fayetteville, NC in freedom center should learn from this store! As a customer and as food delivery driver, the Fayetteville, NC location are the SLOWEST and extremely unorganized.. PS. Cleanest burger and I have ketchup, mayo, onions, and bacon in mine and not one drop of condiments anywhere outside of my burger! The man definitely handled my food with care and I really appreciate that.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
