They don’t cook your order until you speak with the cashier, so if there’s a line (like on this case) you will waiting for everyone’s order ahead of you. I asked 3 TIMES if my order was ready, to 3 different employees? They told me my order was no ready yet, while my order has been sitting for 20 minutes already. I know because I’ve been looking at that bag since they first placed them, which is why I kept asking. Finally the 4th time, the manager tells me that’s my order and I told him I don’t want it because it’s cold and it has been sitting them for over 15 minutes. He touches the inside and says, “well, it’s warm”. I said no, I don’t want a cold meal. He says “well, we can get you new fries”, and I said “ I don’t want a cold burger, can I just get my refund. I’m done here”. Proceed to inform me they can’t refund me because it’s an online order, so I have to call corporate. Hopefully I’ll get my money back but it’ll never set foot at this place again. They were full staffed, I understand it can be stressful when there’s a customer complaining but the least he could have offered is to redo my burger and place it as high priority not expect ME to just take home a cold food, that by then had been sitting cold for almost 30 minutes. Absolutely the worst customer experience.
