  this place has never once gotten my order right. just giving me the wrong thing all the time, and two of the workers specifically are extremely unfriendly and talk to you more like a high school bully would than a customer service worker would. they must be deleting reviews or something because every single person i've spoken to about this specific location talks about how terrible they are. sitting here eating my bacon egg and cheese sandwich instead of the tomato bacon egg WHITE sandwich i ordered just because i'm too scared of them, since last time they got my order wrong (gave me a bagel with avocado and full egg on it when i ordered a bacon egg and cheese and paid extra to sub egg whites), i asked them to fix it and they said "we don't have egg whites." i said it was an option on the app that i paid extra for, so the lady rolled her eyes and turned to the other guy working and said "go get the egg whites" (they did in fact have egg whites, don't know why she wanted to lie about it the first time). then as i was waiting for my order, the lady looked me up and down and said "you REALLY want that bacon and cheese huh?" well yes. that's what i ordered and paid for. i don't know how they haven't been fired yet. PS - the specific situation i wrote about happened about a month ago. i waited to post it on the last day of classes because i'm almost positive if those two specific workers saw this review and then saw an order from me come in, they would spit in my drink or something. that's just the type of people they seem like

  This was our first time having einstein and it was amazing. Staff were lovely and vibe was good. I got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich on honey wheat bagel, and my husband got the pepperoni pizza bagel. They were both amazing and their pastries look so good we tried the strudel and cookie 🔥 we will be back
