  Lost my mobile order and after waiting for nearly half an hour I was checked in on about my drink and they put the order back in and then waited another half hour to give me my drink while handing others who had gotten there after me theirs. Terrible customer service.

  Today I order my drinks on the mobile app. After the drinks were “ready” we went to the window. Hannah (manager on training duty) came and greeted us by staring off into the distance. We waited 15 mins for our drinks, we asked another employee about them. She says “I’m sorry someone claimed they made it and they didn’t”. Another 15 mins go by, and I go to the window, Hannah comes up and says here’s your drink. The drink was different name and order. I asked for refund, she told me she couldn’t give me a refund and claimed she had no idea what happened. I said, you claimed made the order in the system and now the order is lost. She then continue to lie, admit half way through that was what happen then lie again about it. She never refund us. After 45 mins of waiting and her explaining nothing but nonsense. We got our drinks. She’s was training someone at the time.

  Every time I come to Dutch bros. Doesn’t matter what one I go to it’s like they can’t read the screen. They literally have 3 different sprinkles you can get and they ALWAYS leave mine off. It’s getting annoying. Is it not showing on the screens?? Because it seems like an incompetence they all have in common.

  I’ve been going to this location for over two years now and I’ll admit to anyone who asks that this is THE place to get your coffee! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at this location are friendly, kind, and completely embodies the vibe that DutchBros stands for. They’re like family to me at this point. Food is tasty and every coffee is made to perfection and is very flavorful. Trust me, your day will be brighter at every visit. And hey…please consider giving a tip! These kids work hard to give you excellent service, and deserve it completely!

  First time ever trying Dutch Bros. and the last time I will go to the Maynardville Hwy location. Still currently waiting on two iced coffees and have already been sitting for over 30 minutes and have barely moved with a lot of others waiting too. I understand being short staffed but this is absolutely ridiculous and clearly they can’t accommodate the volume of customers. Not a good experience at all!
