- MSMartha Sharp4 days ago3.0Great service—which can be hard to find close to Farragut! However, my donut and iced coffee, BOTH were horrible!! The donut tasted like lard—honestly, it TASTED like LARD!!! It was practically inedible and most definitely unacceptable! I think they get some donuts from Atlanta (?) daily, so other Dunkin’s could have received them as well—not sure. The ICED MOCHA LATTE tasted like the espresso was burned. I threw it away. I realize TN is not Italy… but WTH? The OTHER Dunkin’s seem to make it accurately on a consistent basis. Around June 25, 2026. This is a brand NEW location. Gonna have to step things up if you plan to make it in West Knoxville!!!

The coffee was honestly revolting; I couldn’t tell if the milk had spoiled or if the beans were just rancid. To top it off, the bagel was rock-solid and tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for a week. The one saving grace, was the service. At least the employees were pleasant.
