The way their drive thru is set up I got stuck or I would have left. By the time I got to where I could even choose to leave I had already been there 30 minutes and I thought surely I’ll have my microwave sandwich and be one my way, but no it was another 10 minutes. No “I’m sorry for your wait” or anything. I work in a customer facing job so I try to be really understanding, but it was a waste of my time and money and I will never go back to this Dunkin. I guess I’ll just have to microwave my own sandwiches from now on.

- AGAmber GibsonSep 10, 20261.0I highly suggest you just breeze by this place and pull right over to McDonald's!! the customer service reps are rude slow and don't give two flips about their jobs how you're treated or one care about the service!! lazy on top of that to save one extra step!! plus the half and half creamer was spoiled and ruined my first cup of coffee as soon as I put it in!!! not one hello how's your day anything else just threw the stuff out the window..unbagged and they would have been just as well to hire no one as to put that kind of help public facing to represent their company!! terrible.. terrible,. rude..flip.no customer service ..you were a bother to them even being there!! and too lazy to pick their feet up.. plus the actual food items spoiled and coffee made 2 hours ago!! hard pass! I'll never go back!
