- DFDanielle Ferguson5 days ago1.0This is the worst Dunkin location in Knoxville. I only ever go here because it's on the way to my kids' school, but I will have to go out of the way from now on. I went today at 8AM and as usual, they were already out of several donuts. I ordered the new fruit punch donut for my kids and they were out, but said they had the fruit punch munchkins. They turned out to just be stale blueberry munchkins with sprinkles. Zero fruit punch flavor. Save yourself the trouble and go to the new location on Kingston Pike. Their donuts are always available and fresh.

A manager should never be bothered by an employee asking questions especially if it's to help a guest out. Not much on customer service was he.

My order sat there getting cold while multiple employees walked right past it and couldn’t be bothered to call my name or let me know it was ready. To make it worse, it wasn’t even accessible for me to grab myself, so I was just left waiting while my food sat there. This is beyond poor service—it’s outright neglect. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I didn’t have an appointment I would’ve driven back around and given them the drink back but my small iced latte with vanilla had absolutely no coffee, like if there was any maybe a teaspoon. It tasted like milk and ice. Disappointed, employees should know what an iced latte entails. I don’t want a cup of milk when I can buy that from Kroger’s.
