- AKAngie Kinsey2 days ago1.0This is the 2nd location of Dunkin Donuts that we've visited in 6mo. At this and other location-the service was great, the employees couldn't be better, and the atmosphere was as expected and impeccably clean. So what's the problem? ITS THE DONUTS!!! They tasted old...or worse FREEZER BURNT! I had no idea the DONUTS are actually frozen then defrosted at each location. The DONUTS 🍩 we bought looked great, but tasted like you'd expect 3yr old cardboard! We literally couldn't eat them. That's our last trip to Duncan DONUTS

- AHAshton HammondApr 20, 20261.0I went through the Drive thru and ordered a simple 6 dollar meal deal with an extra drink and donut. The cashier (i assume is Megan Smoak bc thats the name on the receipt) was very unfriendly and just handed my food to me in an annoyed rush and then walked away. She didnt give me my donut so I assumed she was grabbing it. She kept walking around inside the building just looking at me with an annoyed look and ignoring the fact I was still actively waiting. She only came back with an annoyed look on her face and an attitude after she took another persons order and let them sit behind me for multiple minutes. When I told her about my donut not being handed she was upset and just grabbed it and gave it to me in a very rude manner. When I got somewhere to eat my food I also discovered she messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich. Usually this Dunkin is very nice but today was not one of those days.
