- SLSteve Lackovic1 day ago1.0As I write this, I am in LaQuinta Hotel in Strawberry Plains, TN tired after traveling from NC doing insurance inspections and we just ordered delivery of a Peoples Deluxe pizza and order of wings , and its the WRONG damn pizza when we opened the box! We even paid a 25% tip and the receipt is correct, but we received only a simple cheese pizza! My partner has been on hold for 30 minutes now trying to call this Domino's location #8704 to fix this and still nobody is answering the phone. Nearly a 60.00 delivery order and we get this???

When placing an order online today, his confirmation stated his order would be ready by 6:28. When he arrived at the location, they told him it would be an additional 30 minutes or more and blamed it on the online ordering system. This is not the first time this same situation has occurred with this same reason (excuse) given. Ended up being am additional 50 minutes past the time and they somehow managed to leave off a topping on my two topping pizza. Fix the problem, whether it be the system or the staffing situation. S3ems like both. Never have an issue at the Papa John's nearby. We will not be back to this Domino's location at all.

Watched my driver pass the road I live on to go to another house then circle back and say yeah sorry bout that time have had a really bad day.. ok that dosent excuse my pizza in your car for 50 minutes when I could have walked to get it faster... im actually flabbergasted by this one

He let me send him a picture of the order to his personal number, got a replacement to us within 30 minutes and even texted back to check on the quality. That's just excellent management and customer service.
