  I have to admit it has been a long time since I had visited a Dominos. While in Knoxville we didn't want to wait too long for pizza so we gave them a try. I was absolutely amazed how good it was! We ordered cheese filled crust with sausage onions and pepperoni. It was so good that even my Pizza Snob wifey loved it 😊

  I placed an order for two medium pizzas and was given a pickup time of 7:55 (middle of the range). I arrived at the given time and was told by a male staff member they weren’t in the oven yet but he would work on it. I went back inside at 8:10 and was told by the second male staff member at the register there were two orders ahead of mine and then they would begin working on it. I worked in the service industry and understand being busy. That said, be honest about wait times and communicate. I cancelled the order as it would likely be another 20 minutes being a total of 35 minutes (minimum) past the initial order estimate. The staff member only said “okay”, no attempt at responsibility. It’s pizza, no biggie but let’s communicate folks.

  The new General Manager at this location Jacob is a very hard worker and he is there practically by himself and he did a great job making our pizzas and his customer service was great too, I hope Jacob can find some good help he seems like a great GM

  Every single time we order from here there is one person working and we order 1 pizza and it’s taken over an hour for pick up each time. If they are so severely understaffed you need to limit how many online orders can come in. This is absurd. I will never return to this location again

  worst dominos experience ever. ordered a delivery and it took an hour later for it to just be canceled. called, nothing. drive down there, told there is no driver. okay? so why wasn't it canceled immediately, why didn't we get a call saying it had to be picked up bc I would have came, why did it take an hour to cancel? unacceptable. I worked for dominos for years downtown on gamedays so i know chaos and things being busy and being understaffed, but there is absolutely no excuse for this. I came in and the employees were extremely rude and acted like its my fault for even ordering. horrible. went to a different dominos and they took care of us very well. dont go to this location.
