"only online orders past 8:30" while their hours advertise staying open till 11 pm. Some days it is fine, but the days a certain manager works is when it happens. I understand wanting to start closing early, but what about the people who don't have the app like myself. Stupid. When I ask the manager if he can make an exception because I wanted to pay with cash, and i don't have the app he was very rude.

You tell me the difference in the photo… asked multiple times to please add more. Request was denied then staff members circled talked about us and laughed. I requested a refund.

Came in after completing the Murph challenge looking for some good protein. The manager (I would assume) has helped me before and hasn't had a great attitude. Today, I watched her come up and whisper something in the ear of the woman making my bowl right as I got to the front of the line. I was then met with the worst portion of chicken I've ever received, while they also forgot my side of sour cream that I asked for. Did I also mention I was one of two people in line at the time so they weren't busy at all. Never a good experience here, I'd recommend other places or chipotles in a heartbeat
