  Went in at 7:50 to order and now leaving 30 minutes later with half of what I wanted to order. Employees had looks on their faces like they would rather be anywhere else than where they were. One of them went to the back to eat while there was a line out the door. Employees had no sense of urgency. After each customer they took an order from they would say I’ll be with you in one moment and go to the back. Lady who took my order seemed bothered that I was ordering. She asked if I wanted chips or a drink and I said yeah chips and then she said actually you can’t those are for prepaid orders even though the people in front of us just got chips that weren’t a prepaid order. Extremely frustrated and would not recommend. EDIT: Started eating and found a moldy tomato in my food, and the chicken is disgusting.

  I’ve tried multiple times to give this chipotle a chance but unfortunately it doesn’t change. When walking in I noticed the only meat they had was chicken, no veggies, lettuce was turning brown. Little rice, no pinto beans and very little black beans. To the point that employee was rationing out food in the bowls. The food space was a mess. I’m not sure how the owner is still able to own this store but it shows they do not care.

  Yall just need to go ahead and shut down. I came here about a year ago and it was nasty and I swore I would never go back because It was just so unsanitary every station looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The food looked nasty like it had been sitting out longer than it should have multiple things were out. I purchased food but got too scared to eat it ….. Then now year later and somehow it’s still the same and they aren’t shut down. They are always out of food, but I don’t think it’s because they are busy. I think that they just don’t make food. Don’t buy ingredients. Etc I truly think this location is struggling financially and they just cut corners all the way around. They clearly have poor management because it is absolutely disgusting. The health department literally needs to shut them down. I mean the reviews speak for themselves. And then they are working overtime in responding to all their bad reviews… why don’t yall put that effort into cleaning and learning food safety then maybe you wouldn’t have SO SO SO many bad reviews. like why even respond to these complaints about how ur restaurant is nasty with “ sincere” apologies. But not fix the problem ??DO YOU NOT SEE THE PROBLEM???? It’s been this way for over a year and I’m sure it’s been that way for longer. I went next-door to cava and they even said yeah its nasty over there. Last year i contacted chipotle corporate…. That did NOTHING. So this year im contacting the health department. Because i would like to enjoy chipotle but too afraid to cause yall nastyyyyyy. Dont even bother responding with your chatgpt response. Im not conntacting your contact us link directly cause i dont want a refund of my meal i want yall to fix the problem cause you guys should not be operating the health department needs to make a visit.

  We visited this location at 4:30 PM on Saturday. No fajita veggies and none available. Fountain out of Coke Zero, none available. One table occupied and every other table filthy with food particles. Floor filthy. To top it off our chips were completely stale. Not the Chipotle experience we expect.

  NEGATIVE RATING! i honestly don't know how this place is still operating. I placed an online order for pickup, and the bag was literally soaked in cilantro-lime sauce. There was absolutely no courtesy or professionalism from the employees. When I opened my order, it was completely wrong. I received about two spoonfuls of rice, one spoonful of sour cream, cheese, and what felt like an entire swimming pool of cilantro-lime sauce. There were no beans, no fajita veggies, and none of the other ingredients I paid for. It was one of the worst meals I've ever been served. To make things worse, 3 out of the 5 employees I interacted with were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They clearly don't know how to speak to customers with basic courtesy. Instead of fixing their mistake, they refused to issue a refund or take responsibility. The manager made the situation even more unprofessional. She came out eating her own food, chewing while talking to customers. If you're in a management position, at least have the basic courtesy and professionalism to finish your meal before dealing with customers. The entire store also smelled like garbage, which made the experience even worse. After this experience, I completely understand why this location has such poor ratings. A 3.2-star rating doesn't seem surprising at all. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
