  this is the worst chipotle location I’ve experienced. Apparently you can no longer order a normal size quesadilla so I had to order three kids quesadillas, so I got charged for 3 kids meals. The bottom of the to go bag was soaked in salsa. The place was overall very dirty. The bathroom was worse than all the nearby gas stations. How is this location so bad?

  Eww? It’s like walking into a trashed movie theater with sticky taco all over the floor. There wasn’t a clean table in sight, yet 4-5 employees - including manager - just standing around on their phones. No music to cover the silence. While the food was somehow decent, many of the ingredients to choose from in line were the burnt ends of the bottom of the container. We asked for new ingredients for some and, while it was provided, that shouldn’t be the experience. Someone related to an employee was vaping inside as well.

  Waited 20 minutes with 4 employees starting at multiple customers waiting for mobile app orders just now saying they cannot make anyone's food that's not a walk in lol. Manager Kimberly proceeded to tell customers that we were basically bothering her by asking why 4 employees are literally staring at us with no walk in customer's but couldn't help. Extremely disappointed. Usually a pleasant experience.

  We arrived right at opening and restaurant was visibly dirty. No drinks were made and clearly left over small amounts from the previous evening. Beverage spilled all over floor and half dried. Filthy bathroom. Visible smearing on sneeze guards where you order and food all over time behind counter. Almost out of some food items ... Which tells me they were there overnight. I reluctantly ordered anyhow because I was so pushed for time. Food tasted good. Hope I don't regret it later!

  In today’s economy the cost of food has gone up everywhere with portion sizes getting smaller. I think we’ve all seen that on social media and are quite aware. I’ve gone to this chipotle numerous times-and always ask for an extra scoop to which I get no flak for. When ordering online; I’ll pay the extra so the portion is larger. Whatever, I’m ordering; I know what to expect and if I want proper portion sizes I know at this point this is the cost. Tonight however was an ENTIRELY different experience. My family and I had an off day. We decided on a family dinner movie night and my husband picked up our order from this location after ordering on the app. Our food was DISGUSTING and disappointing. You cannot even see the amount of oil pooling in the bottom of the bowl. Our food was SLICK with oil. The burritos were rolled sloppy. The chicken was CHEWY. The steak was disgusting. We weren’t even given our full order and my husband had to go back and forth with an employee to give us portions of our order that we paid for and argued back and forth about. The customer service in the restaurant was terrible. And our extra portions? HA! I paid $70 for bare minimum of POOR quality food. I am furious. Normally, I let things go. People have hard days and quality slips-no biggie. But tonight the compiling issues-there was no excuse. We will not be back to this location from here on out.
