  I order online for 11am for my team at work. When I arrived out bag was absolutely mangled. I brought it to work and when i opened the bag our food was everywhere it the bag was soaking wet. Keep in mind I did not move the bag the whole ride home. When i pulled out my chipotle order it seemed it had been sitting for an hour. The food was cold and the portion size was absolutely diabolical. Upon picking my bowl up it was so wet it collapsed in half and fell onto the ground. Didnt know i needed to carry my bowl like a baby. Absolutely the worst chipotle ive ever been to.

  This is my favorite Chipotle in Knoxville. It’s clean. The staff is awesome! I don’t have the experience of getting there and half of the sides and proteins being out. Each person that has made my bowl has always given ample portions, regardless of whether I’ve asked for double portions or not - my bowl always looks hearty. I asked for double portions in this most recent photo. I live 25 mins away from this location. But I will come here because it is consistently the best one in Knoxville!

  don’t do it. worst chipotle ever. filthy. rude. they might not give you your food. in my case they got my name wrong on the pickup bag so when i went to pickup my order they said that not only did they not have my food ready, but also they couldn’t make it bc they didn’t have my name. never tried to make it right. no apologies.

  Absolutely love the staff at the fountain city location! Food is always fresh and ready to go! When it’s busy they get everything through the line and taken care of. Most importantly the staff is nothing but the best catering to my needs and making great conversations. Thankful for them and all they do for me! Come see them!

  Go to Salsaritas or a local burrito bar over Chipotle. I ordered a chicken burrito, white rice, lettuce and chips to go. Food was mediocre but hot. Tons of people “working”. Overstaffed for the amount of traffic this location brings in while I was there. When I arrived at the counter I wasn’t greeted but instead heard two ladies behind the counter yelling at each other in front of me, loudly. 4 other ladies were standing behind the register gossiping and I had to ask them to ring me up because I somehow was less important to their conversation. They forgot to give me the chips but charged me. Had to go back in to get them and spoke to a different woman who was not approachable and was mean about me asking for the chips I paid for. All in all, I can see why there’s so many issues with Chipotle these days. They need to vet their employees better, clean the front of the house (and likely back house also!!), and require their personal lives be left at home while on the job. At the very least. I won’t be back. I’ve given Chipotle enough money and chances now. The issue seems to be pervasive across the country in my travels.
