  North Broadway! Staff is amazing. Atmosphere is always nice. Quick professional service. Very clean. Excellent food. The burrito (double wrapped), side of chips and salsa. You will be absolutely stuffed.

  Love the food, but I’d love to come by while they’re open and buy food. Every time I come in after 10pm (they close at 11), they’re out of almost everything. I understand needing to close and you’re tired, but employees here seem to not care their business hours are until 11pm.

  horrible. Ordered rice on the side & the container opened in the bag so my rice was all over. Would not recommend. 0/10. Food was also cold right @ the time they opened, how does that happen? . Qdoba on kingston pike is where you want to take your business. Thank me later!

  I will be the first to say I love Chipotle and always value their quality, but this establishment was severely lacking. The staff stated as soon as we got in line they were out of shredded cheese, steak, fajita veggies, white rice, and red salsa. The They were also out of ice. The cleanliness of the dining room was also lacking. Please do better.

  I’m not even necessarily the type to leave a review unless the quality of service is just so terrible. There’s a certain employee that works at this Chipotle that is extremely rude. Every single time I’ve been there, not just to me, but to other employees and other customers as well. She was extremely condescending to the man that was in front of me about what options they had for chicken, she also did a horrible jobmaking my food, and acted like me being there was a bother to her. She’s acted like that every time I’ve encountered her in that store as well. I don’t know what her name is, because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she is mixed, a bit more heavyset, with tattoos. Like I said, I’m not even the type to leave review, but I would stay away from this Chipotle until management does something about how this employee treat customers. When it comes to my girlfriend’s tacos, she was slapping ingredients on it, and didn’t even attempt to fold them or wrap them correctly. After she rang me up for my food, she pushed the bag at me and walked away without saying anything. I’m tempted to reach out to an area manager or something like that, just because she’s making me not want to shop there anymore. I understand not liking your job, trust me I do, but if you hate it that much, just go work somewhere else.
