Every time I come here I get the same exact order and don’t change it. Yet they ALWAYS. charge me different prices what is usually and should be around 13 sometimes I’ll pay less something they charge me close to 20 like today. I asked for a receipt to check what was happening and she refused to give it to me saying it was down when the 3 people in front of me was given one. And to top it off chips were stale and rice and meat were cold, the worker kept giving me dirty looks as well when I was giving her my order.

We spent almost $40 on three entrées, and my barbacoa tacos were so saturated with liquid that the tortillas were completely soggy, gummy and falling apart. They were actually translucent from being so wet. I’ve attached photos because they show the condition much better than I can describe it. They were also completely out of shredded cheese and told me they had none and couldn’t get any. I understand that restaurants run out of ingredients sometimes, but we were charged $1.70 each for queso on two of our other entrées. It would have been a nice customer-service gesture to offer or comp queso as a substitute for the cheese they couldn’t provide. Nearly $40 for three meals and one of them was barely edible. Just a really disappointing experience

I've been at the mall working the past couple days and went here yesterday morning and was served at 10AM. I hope Chipotle corporate knows this location refused service when open
