That's really not fun when the line is 20 minutes, you drive away and you have a 2-year-old wanting juice. Can't exactly run inside after the fact either without pulling kids out of the car. So disappointing.

The waffle fries were a bit fresher than the tenders, but they were by no means fresh - the flowers on the table were fresher than the food. I would say the fries were filled at about 2/3 of the containers. The staff members were nice enough, but this was not the atmosphere nor the experience that we're used to at our local Chick-fil-A.

Well today we told them we won't pull forward and that we would like the correct order we paid for. Some black gentlemen (I'm assuming manager) came out very aggressively telling us to pull forward and if we didn't like it don't come back. Ill be damned if chick fil a thinks I'm gonna back down from some arrogant manager. I told him bring us our food or give us a refund. Took them longer to do refund than the "4 mins" he said the wait for food was going to be. Ill go to the other location in farragut. The manager needs to check his hood attitude at the door. Not everyone is going to back down from that crap. And chick fil a needs to do some training. We came here 5 days a week because it was on the way. Ill drive to farragut from now on to at least get good service even if it is out of the way.
