- BHBlake HorschMay 7, 20262.0Service used to be better but today I walked in and despite very few customers and a large staff the wait time was rather long. They’ve recently started a new system where they don’t make the food and drink together meaning you’ll wait 10min for food and another 10 for the drink. I ended up leaving without my drink after my wait time exceeded 20 minutes for a very simple nuggets, fry, and drink order. At the time of my order there was never more customers than there were employees I’m honestly not sure what they’re doing as there weren’t any online orders being collected either. The food is always good and the employees are polite but this new system of doing only food or only drinks at a time leaves people waiting twice as long. Would go here more if it didn’t take so long. Perhaps they should hire a student from our excellent supply chain program to standardize the order making process. Edit: just got a push notification that my drink was completed 1 hour after ordering

Josh scheduled a follow up call to ensure the issue was resolved. Thanks for correcting and addressing issues quickly and without hassle. Mistakes happen but it's a sign of relief when they take the time out to make things right.
