  Went thru the drive thru, ordered, got to the wi Dow to pay. All I had was a $100 bill. The girl said she couldn’t break it. I said It’s all I have. She said well we just opened and I can’t break it. Well, I drove off and went somewhere else that did in fact break my $100 bill. Why would any establishment not be able to make change for any denomination of money??? Cash is still usable…..well not at the Checkers I guess. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  I live checkers food. That being said the past few times I had been there thru drive thru the food was wrong or just thrown together grossly. I decided for my last time I wld go inside so that I wasn't wasting my money on wrong or disgusting food. That was a huge mistake. Fist off I had to wait 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Then some lady got a attitude because I ask what was going on since I waited so long. Turns out they hadn't even started on it. While I was standing at the counter waiting she kept lokkin my way and talking shit and cussing loud enough for me to hear. Second these people were dressed horribly in no uniforms and sagging pants to the knees. Plus they had gross long dreads hanging out with no hair nets. I saw 5 people in the back working and only 1 had on close to a work uniform. Unacceptable food,employees, and attitudes. I xame back not long after that visit as a Uber driver and still had to wait 15 minutes. When I dropped the customers food to them I apologized for the wait and the customer said "it's ok I expect it from there" wow. Good job. Worst place in south knox by far

  They r lazy had us wait when there wasn't no one even there & then they took forever to gives us our food.. it was mess & the fries where jus dumped in bag.. it sad tht they can't even do there job right

  Still trying to process the visit. Thought the wings were more expensive than the location than Powell, simply asked about it and were given a lot of attitude. Wife tried to explain her gluten allergy to the worker and the worker acted like we were bothering them. We ended up canceling our order and leaving. One of the kids apparently took a sip of their drink so they charged me for it, I paid for it so no one would accuse us of stealing. After my family walked out the worker said if my wife having that many gluten issues she might as well just cook at home. If you want a good location go to the one in Powell. Don't go near here.
