  24 mins waiting for my food I ordered. Nobody working this place seems to actually care about their job. Pretty sure o ly the cashier knows english, If I owned or managed this location I would be embarrassed. Bread was hard and food was not even that hot and considering I ate it right after receiving it.? Definitely a waste to spend money here.

  They got my order wrong the first time, I asked for a Philly cheesesteak, steak, grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and provolone… they gave me a sandwich with lettuce and tomato… we came back and asked them to fix the order and they gave us a hard time like we didn’t know what we were talking about, then half way through them fixing our order they tell us they are out of peppers… this whole process in total was 2 hours.

  Went in at 8:54pm after finishing the bread at the store. Went in just for 1 strawberry lemonade the website says they dont close till 9:30....I saw lemonade......they told me they close at 9......so confused and disappointed =/ we eat there and grab drinks all the time from there. Check Charley's website for Kinzel Way it says open till 9:30pm..... but they are closing up shop even before 9....

  It was nasty the fries were half fill with little chesse and bacon cold wings and my boyfriend sandwich was nasty we spent 40 and I want my money back or a gift card

  We waited for a little while. Only ones in line. A lady and a guy working. Neither one acknowledged us. Finally the lady took our order. She was friendly. It took 20 minutes to get our food. The guy worker was definitely not in any hurry. The fries were hot, but not cooked all the way. Sandwiches were ok.
