  My friend and I went into Cava for the first time today and it was amazing! Alexis served us and helped us every step of the way and gave us some really great suggestions! We will definitely be back for sure!!

  This place is phenomenal!! The food is absolutely delicious a and the staff are top notch. The customer service you experience here is second to none. This was my first time in today and I had no idea how it worked. Alexis was super helpful and explained everything, made excellent recommendations, and took wonderful care of us. It's rare that you get great food AND great service these. This will be one of my frequented places going forward. Highly recommend!!

  I work near this location and have made numerous visits since opening. I have tried to give multiple chances because of this location being on campus and it’s always busy. However, the last two times I have visited my portion size has been less than satisfactory both via the app and ordering in person. For the price of these bowls, the bowl should be nearly full. The portions I have received have been barely over half. Also, on my last visit inside (June 19th), my coworkers and myself were standing near the pickup area waiting on our food while we were the ONLY PEOPLE in the restaurant. One of the female workers was working on refilling the drink station and very rudely rolled her eyes at us multiple even though we smiled and moved out of her way multiple times. My coworkers have all had similar yet separate experiences here.
