  The portion sizes are downright offensive. We've gotten CAVA over 10 times and try to give them another chance but it's a consistent pattern. Less than a tablespoon for each of the three "sides." Is cabbage and broccoli really that expensive?? They reliably fill up the rice/lentils section of their container, but there is no justification for filling your OWN container like 20% full. Management, don't even bother responding with insincere boilerplate about wanting to provide a good value. Just train your employees to give better portions!!!

  If you’re upset that they skimp out on your rice, don’t worry, they’re actually doing you a favor. The rice is never cooked all the way through, so a full bowl of uncooked rice will break your teeth! That’ll be 15.99 sir.

  Best Cava in Knoxville! The store is always clean and the service is amazing every time! This team truly treats their customers with care every time and I always feel welcomed. The food is FRESH. So delicious!
