  The food is phenomenal. The flavors, rice, meat and veg are all Cooked to an exceptionally high quality. The staff are friendly, I’d never been before and they explained everything. The pita chips are absolutely flavorful.

  I put my order in for pickup at 9:15 andI didn’t get my food til 9:35. They forgot my pita and i kindly asked for it and the woman rolled her eyes and didn’t say a word to me. When I put in pick up at 9:15 i expected it to be done by then. 20 minutes after is ridiculous, and the employees were nothing but rude. I will not be coming back.

  Cava is such a lovely place to eat fresh Mediterranean cuisine & their handcrafted beverages are delicious... especially the cucumber mint lemonade. Araceli was phenomenal because she was provided gr8t customer service with a smile & even helped me pick out a fantastic blueberry soda & cucumber mint beverage. She is just lovely. Kudos to her & the whole staff. May the Lord bless you & keep you.

  I had such an amazing experience at cava this morning! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Everyone had such a positive attitude, and Ms. V, Saja, Chloe, and Karra were all incredibly accommodating and kind. They made my bowl with so much care and love, and it truly made my day. I really appreciate each and every one of them for making the experience so enjoyable. I also loved how clean everything was kept. Even though it was busy, the team had everything completely under control and never let the quality of their customer service slip. This is by far the sweetest cava location and honestly the only cava location in Knoxville that’s worth visiting. Thank you all for your hard work and for creating such a welcoming environment; can’t wait to come back!

  Completely blown away by the service at this location. The young man serving my food had me BRIEFLY wait for freshly cooked steak which I so appreciated and when I went to check out, Tasha, the store manager, said it was on the house! Food was delicious as always. Will definitely be back. Completely blown away by the service at this location.
