  Went here yesterday and the food was really good and the young lady who made my bowl was so nice and accommodating, she even wiped out table when it was a little bit dirty. Very good customer service and I would go again just to see that girl 😊

  Our first time trying Cava and it did not disappoint! We walked in right after they had been slammed, but the prep was fully stocked. Service guided us through the options and completely accomadated customizing my bowl with all the fresh offerings. I'm always impressed when management is right there along side their team, too! Great job, team!

  Love cava, always fresh and filling. Unfortunately I ordered my usual, Harrissa avocado chicken bowl tonight and there’s ZERO chicken in it. I called simply to inform the store, to prevent this from recurring and no answer which led me here. The protein is most important guys.. cmon.

  Waited 20 minutes in line just to be told "we are out of everything besides salmon and falafel". Que grilled chicken coming out (i came for the hot honey chicken). Got the same wrap and the person was so bad at even spreading ingredients and folding it. Also didnt tell me they didnt have avocado until I was all the way to the veggies. Got a bowl for my wife and said they didnt have pita either. I love this chain but this was 0/10. Terrible experience and won't likely visit cava at Bearden Station anymore.

  Had the worst experience at Cava ever today. I should’ve gone to the one in turkey creek because I have never been treated bad at that location. I was rushed through the line, not even asked what I wanted on my bowl, just rushed through without talking to me. Never asked me about the dressing, just dumped it on my bowl when I don’t even get dressing. Then was rushed through payment and never given a receipt. Everything went so fast I couldn’t have a chance to think or speak. My bowl was not what I wanted at all. Wanted to speak to a manager to get my receipt and discuss what just happened to me, but it became apparent that this manager is not sensitive to customer needs. Ultimately did not speak to the manager because she acted annoyed that I even asked for a receipt. Would appreciate mgmt to reach out to me for a refund and to discuss this experience further. This is NOT my typical Cava experience.
