  On 5/16, we were served by an older man named Geanii, according to our receipt. We’ve lived here for six years and have dined at this restaurant regularly — at least three times a month. Until today, we have always received excellent, top notch customer service and truly enjoyed our experiences here. Unfortunately, today’s visit was very disappointing. From the moment we were seated, our server appeared completely uninterested in serving us. His attitude throughout the meal felt cold, dismissive, and disrespectful. We noticed a clear difference in the way he interacted with "other" guests in his section. He smiled, waved, engaged in conversation, and asked if they were celebrating anything special — treating them with the warmth and attentiveness every customer should receive. In contrast, our table received minimal interaction. We were never offered refills, checked on properly, or treated with even basic friendliness. There was a clear difference between "them" and "us". The experience became so uncomfortable that we simply wanted to leave. As loyal customers who have consistently supported this restaurant, this experience was both surprising and upsetting. We hope this issue is addressed, because we would hate for anyone else to feel the way we did during today’s visit. It was noticed. It was felt. Do better.

  I went yesterday , Mother’s Day around 5pm. I got the Italian trio and was looking so forward to it. I haven't had Italian food in a long time. The bread was delicious. Canoli cake was wonderful. My dinner was not. It was barely warm. The lasagna was a little bland and had lots of hard noodle edges like it had been warmed up. The chicken parm looked like it had been sitting too. It looked so bad I couldn't bring myself to even try a bite. I was so disappointed. My uncle, who will eat literally anything said he'd eat it and he was buying so I didn't say anything to the server as I normally would. But man, so disappointing. I was looking so forward to that meal.

  The only reason four stars is their prices are twice what they should be and noise level. $300 for 5 people, we should've had our own waitress/waiter. Dinner should not take over 2 hours. $7.50 for a small draft beer, wow.

  Me and my sister came to pick up a to go order. We have heavy hearts with our mother in the hospital ut cadence brought our to go order to us and took the time to listen to our story. The atmosphere was very calm and everyone was very gracious and really giving and that is so much appreciated. You guys touched our heart and the food is great. And John the bartender made excellent drinks and we have learned that he is a great landscaper and free for hire please be sure to share this with him……. also, Wyatt is the one that took the order and he was so heartfelt and courteous above and beyond thank you so much
