  Extremely disappointed in the service here. When we walked in, we stood at the front counter for 10–15 minutes without being acknowledged. The staff seemed to actively avoid eye contact and made it feel like we were bothering them just by being there. While I know this is a chain, the service I received was unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I highly recommend supporting smaller local restaurants that value your time instead.

  Service was good but the unlimited appetizers tasted terrible. Half of the chips were just fine and the other half looked and tasted like they had been soaked in oil and left out for days to harden. The guac was like water. The mozzarella sticks were OK at best and the jury is still out on the cheese curds while I wait to see if they block an artery.

  The food was good but the service could have been better..alot of moving parts but patrons getting avoided...

  I would give zero stars if that option were available! We got to this location a few minutes after the lunch rush was over. The entire place was filthy! The waitress came by the table in a decent time for the drink order, but all the parties drinks were emptied several times and had to flag the person down to get refills. The burger I had was burnt to a crisp and the cheese was actually not edible (thought I chipped a tooth when I bit into it). The boneless wings were barely sauces and way overcooked. Unfortunately the best thing about BWW will continue to be their commercials. Would not recommend.

  Truly sad how this lunch went. Went in and we were waiting to be seated and instead of saying hello how many I was told follow me. And was taken aback cuz I wasn't sure they were talking to us. And then it took 10 Mins for server to come... we ordered bottomless apps. When I asked for more moss sticks I got more onion rings My kids kids meal was wrong my daughters meal was wrong.. guy tried to show off by not writing things down... he didn't card my wife and I on our drinks. Yes we are in our 30's but still. Then when we were done we asked for bill got the bill. Asked for a bag to carry out leftovers out we were handed the smallest container possible that I had to make 7 containers! And i had to ask 3 times for a bag. I paid by card but was going to tip in cash I asked if he could break a $20' he said no I have no cash.. I walked up to bar to try and no one was there and 4 ppl walked past me while I stood waiting and no one asked what I needed. So I left and gave him what I had that wasn't a 20 and left!!!! I will not be coming back to this location
