    Had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! Orianna, the bartender, was amazing and made the best spicy margarita I’ve ever had! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Brandon, the manager, was also great and made sure everything was taken care of. Great service, great atmosphere, and an absolutely incredible spicy margarita. Definitely ask for Orianna if you’re looking for a great bartender! 🍹🔥

    I feel I should leave a review to warn other people. I think every other experience I've had a buffalo wild wings in the USA has been outstanding. The last experience, however, has been very disappointing. I've never seen such small wings at any wing restaurant; as those that I received last night. Sometimes that can happen, and I understand that. However, there was an extremely small amount of wing sauce on any of the wings, and I ordered 20 of them! This was shocking, because the main reason we pay such premium prices to go to wing restaurants, is for the wings sauce! Not only that, the wings were overcooked. I have called many times today to speak with them and try to understand why this happened, but it appears that at this location (and I have been calling at a time that it would be slow in the restaurant after opening hours), they do not answer the phone calls either! I'm very disappointed in many ways; especially after paying premium prices for a buffalo wings. I worked in customer service for many many years, and I believe in NOT making emotional reviews, but giving honest, true reviews. So here it is. I hope this helps. Update: I changed the review from 2 stars to 5 due to 2 follow up experiences. I made a complaint online per their request email, and the assistant manager reached out and wanted to replace the entire meal for free. He was very kind. Also, I have ordered again since then, and the wings were of more normal size, and the food was fresh. Here is my honest review over 3 experiences.

    The food here is consistently great, but unfortunately the service can be extremely hit or miss. I’ve come in before and had perfectly good service with friendly staff, but other visits have been frustrating enough to make me question coming back. On one occasion, I was literally told I couldn’t sit down and eat even though there were around 10 open tables. The biggest issue seems to be inconsistency with the staff. Some employees are great and make the experience enjoyable, while others can be surprisingly difficult to deal with. It’s a shame because the food itself is really good. I genuinely enjoy eating here, but the overall experience depends too much on who happens to be working that day. Better consistency with customer service would make a huge difference and make me much more likely to visit this location regularly.

    I’ll start with the food was good, we didn’t wait too long for it, and our server was great. But I cannot leave today without mentioning how filthy everything was. We waited 10 minutes at the front before being greeted, the floors were very gross, the bathrooms were not clean, the wipe holder on the table had sauce from peoples hands caked on it, but the the worst part of it all was the fruit flies. There was 7 at one point just by our table that we had to swat out of our faces and keep off of our food and drinks the entire time. I mentioned it to our awesome server and she was apologetic. I never like to leave a bad review but for a family who never goes out to eat, we look forward to dining out and we were very disappointed today and will not be returning unfortunately.

    Unfortunately, today’s experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was extremely disappointing. When we first arrived, we stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Nobody came to greet us, check on us, or even let us know that someone would be with us shortly. We were simply left standing there. Once we were seated, we had two people working with us because one person was learning to wait tables. We completely understand that and had absolutely no problem with someone being trained. We were patient and willing to give them the time they needed. Unfortunately, the overall service was still very slow. Our appetizer took approximately 15 minutes to come out, and when our chicken wings finally arrived, they were cold and had to be sent back. Then we discovered that our bill was incorrect as well. We ordered two orders of chicken wings and a sampler, and our bill came out to over $100, which was not correct. They had to go back and fix the bill on top of everything else. To make matters worse, we had gnats flying around our table, landing on and around our food. That made the experience even more unpleasant and honestly made us question the cleanliness of the restaurant. According to my Life360, we were at Buffalo Wild Wings for almost two hours today. That is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the restaurant was not busy while we were there. We understand that restaurants have busy days, employees need to be trained, and things don't always go perfectly. We are generally very patient and understanding customers, and the employee learning to wait tables was not the issue. We were completely fine with that. But when you put everything together — waiting 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, a 15-minute wait for an appetizer, cold wings that had to be sent back, an incorrect bill over $100 that had to be corrected, and gnats flying around our food — spending nearly two hours there was simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience today. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because there are several areas that need attention and improvement.
