We recently dined here and unfortunately left disappointed. The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the prices. The service was also very poor throughout most of the meal. Appetizers came out at the same time as our entrees, and we had to ask multiple times just to get water.
To be fair, the manager did eventually notice the issues and came over to do his best to make things right, which we appreciated. It seemed like our server may have been new or simply overwhelmed, as she appeared to be struggling to keep up.
Overall, for the price point, we expected a much better dining experience and unfortunately won’t be returning.

We’ve eaten here several times and the service is always terrible, but tonight was particularly bad.
We were ignored for a solid twenty minutes before we even got a drink order in and the waitress forgot what I wanted. The place wasn’t even half full.
It was pretty obvious our waitress was in distress and having a bad night. But we were ignored the majority of the time we were there. She had to ask us multiple times what we ordered for food and drink because she couldn’t remember. Honestly she seemed pretty distraught about something, which I totally get we have no idea what’s going on in her life. But maybe a manager could have stepped in to help her? My husband got a pizza that was so thin and sad and tasted like gas station pizza that was made yesterday and sat under a heater all day. And I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which they don’t have on the dinner menu, but I thought how hard could that be for them to create for me? I paid $21 for the literal smallest and saddest side salad of my entire life. The waitress knew I was wanting it for my main meal so I can’t believe she brought it out as small and pitiful it was. I asked if they could add cucumbers and tomatoes to it. Which they technically did, but it was like one of each. They charged $9.99 to add chicken and it wasn’t even a whole chicken breast!! I can totally forgive a waitress having a bad night, but honestly we paid $65 for the saddest, most mediocre food ever so we weren’t the happiest about it and won’t be back.
Side note, on other visits here, their pasta dishes are always great. So probably just don’t stray from pasta and you’ll be fine here. But the service will probably still be slow.

All I can say is what has happened to this place…
My husband and I worked here for years 5+ years ago. We came here about a year ago and it was awful all around.. food, service, atmosphere etc. we decided to give it another shot this weekend and I think it may even gotten worse. The server had to ask us many different times to confirm our order just to make sure she got it right. It’s fine the first time but the 3rd time you have to come back???
The food was just alright.. bland and such small portions. There was black stuff floating in our drinks and frozen into the ice. We asked for 2 bottled beers because we wanted nothing to do with the ice or drink machines after that. My beer came out half empty and the server gave us a little bit of beer left in the bottle and said “my bartender said he did a terrible pour and to give you the rest of the beer in the bottle” there was like a sip in the bottle and there was half the beer gone in the glass.. my husbands was full.. mine was half full. The floor was gross the tablecloth’s looked like they’ve never been changed and the paper on the table was dirty, and the menus were atrocious. Our old manager Vickas would have never had any of this. He would never let food go out without tasting it and looking perfect, same for the dining room and bar. This place has gone down hill for the worst. Even the people that were dining beside us sent their food back because they didn’t like it..The prices are outrageous for what is being offered. Spend your money elsewhere.

Most of the service was okay, but I was disappointed with how an issue was handled. My eggplant parmesan was very difficult to cut and tough, so I sent it back. When I received a replacement, I was told the chef said that’s how the dish is meant to be and that I should order something else if I didn’t like it. The response seemed unprofessional.

This is a fun and elegant Italian restaurant on a hill featuring a patio with a view. The staff were all warm and efficient, and the food is just delicious. We were a party of nine with two young boys. We arrived minutes after a short-notice phone call, and our table was ready. We were greeted by the manager and our waitress arrived promptly. We were quickly served drinks, had our orders taken, and our food came out as ordered, looking and tasting great. The table was well maintained, and the kids had fun drawing with crayons provided to draw on the clean white paper that covers the tabletops, a great feature of this delicious Italian restaurant.
