  Every time I bite into the Cajun filet biscuit I question if it’s cooked properly or not. The chicken has a very rubbery raw texture to it. You can just tell that the food here is not fresh and with AI taking my order how can I believe the employees are putting effort into making the food?

  Ordered a two piece breast and wing meal for delivery. I received an old thigh, one semi-fresh wing, and two wings that were dry like they've been sitting for several hours. I guess they were out of chicken breasts and assumed some extra-dead window chicken was a satisfactory replacement.

  Never has regular menu items available. It’s always, “we have to cook your this or that, pull ahead and I will bring it out!” Sometimes people don’t have time to WAIT! Then you wait and half the order is hot and half is cold as ice.
