  If I could give zero stars I would. Bojangles, sadly, has introduced a AI chat bot that is now totally running the drive thru show. People are forced to speak with a robot to place orders and then have to sit through the bot trying to upsell the order not once, but three times at the end of completing your order. Now, when they introduced this behavior a handful of months ago, I was disappointed. However, I understood that even though we would be losing the friendly voice over the intercom, I was optimistic that this would improve service. Sadly, it appears this has not been the case. I already don’t go to Bojangles very often, but the last couple of times I’ve had an item here or there missing or not correct. This morning however, I ordered a biscuit and gravy and bo rounds. When I reached my destination, I looked in the bag and found that they didn’t include any fork, spoon, knife, or salt/pepper. I can understand not including a handful of those items, but if I order something that needs a utensil, there should be one in the bag. I also feel like that missing something so small like this could be fixed by allowing the staff to not have to answer the speaker anymore, but they’re already doing that and this happened. Bojangles, seriously, do better. Your franchise needs to consider if losing customer service at the speaker is worth it on top of already having mistakes like these happen. I typically wouldn’t make such a stink, but it should be totally unacceptable for errors like this to happen while already not paying a person to answer the speaker. Account for one or the other, but don’t make your customers pay for the zero soul you put into your restaurants anymore.

  On 3/20/2026, I visited this restaurant and received the worst service ever, I payed $3for 2 spoons of potatoes, payed for a large bo-round received a regular, they acted as if it was a hassle to even do my order. They are always out of something. Their giving Bojangles a bad name compared to others I've visited.

  Shoutout for Nina!! Pretty fast paced restaurant at certain times of the day but staff is dedicated to you having warm and enjoyable food! The music in the lobby is always up to date and whenever I pass through the drive through as of recently a new employee Nina has been on top of everything with my food!!
