The AI attendant tried to sell me something else and wouldn’t understand me when I said no. It kept giving me the wrong item so I decided to go in. We stood at the register for around 5 minutes without anyone coming to us, meanwhile multiple employees were within view and were too busy talking to each other. Never had any problems issue here before, so I hope these things get addressed.

The blonde girl in the drive thru window is rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. Another thing, the last time me and my husband were there waiting for our order a male employee smacked her on the butt right in front of us at the window and she started giggling. So she's not only rude but extremely unprofessional. Also, the bo bites combo has a picture of Cajun gravy next to it on the drive thru screen and it also says on Google the gravy comes with the combo. The last two times I got this combo there were two different older women who happily gave the side of gravy FREE OF CHARGE. if it's not included in the combo then don't show a picture of it in on the screen. Because the blonde girl made me pay $3.16 for a side of it and when I told her it has been included the other two times she said with an attitude "well I wasn't here and that wasn't me." So I went ahead and paid for a side of the gravy. To which I specifically said "the brown Cajun gravy." She handed me my receipt which she rung up as brown cajun gravy. I pull out and when im at the light I check just to see I was given the sausage gravy. Again, that's happened the last time I ordered the same thing and specifically asked for the brown gravy. Didn't notice until I was already home. This bojangles has an AI generated drive thru, so im confused as to why some of the workers can't seem to get orders right; seeing as how no one has to take the orders themselves. It's also rarely busy in the afternoon. I was the only one in the drive thru. We won't be coming back. For how much this BS costs yall should be competent enough to show professionalism and get orders correct. Maybe it's time for a staff change.
- LMLauren McGillAug 25, 20262.0Pepsi machine deposited a huge black chunk in my drink, the nozzles to the drink machine were disgusting (havent been cleaned in weeks), sweet tea wasn’t fresh at all, fries were cold (had to put them IN the rice to heat them up), the dirty rice looked like white rice, and the gravy could’ve held wallpaper on the wall. I’d definitely choose a different Bojangles than this.
