No one was in the drive through behind us. This policy needs to change at the leadership level. I was nice and explained it to the worker that I was not upset with him bc he is only doing what he was told. “Take the money, move the car forward, reset the timer, deliver the food when it’s ready.” However, understand this is an absolute lie. The lie tells corporate the car has been served. This keeps their “cars served per minute” ratio in check and board members and stockholders think the location is doing well. But it’s all a lie that is being propagated by bad leadership.

The AI order taking service is extremely poor, and appears to have the same ability to understand you as a phone from 2013. After wrestling with that system you’ll be rudely told to pull up to the window to order, as if I have done something wrong in my communication with some cheap machine. Then when I place a large order for over $50 worth of food, I’m told that they cannot give me more sauces. When I am spending an excessive amount of money on fried chicken, I will be nickeled and dimed out of each bbq sauce that I’d like to eat my food with. When speaking with the employee, he said that he has to take inventory and count each and every sauce every Sunday: an absurdity I’ve never heard at any restaurant. It is clear that this location is wildly mismanaged, excessively micromanaging to their employees, and fails to deliver the quality and service i expect and receive from Bojangles all over the country. It’s no wonder that the drive through and restaurant are constantly empty as I drive by: no one that hasn’t been paid to comment here on Google trusts this location to produce a good meal for them.
