- BVBryse VrolijkSep 16, 20261.0I've given this Bojangles multiple chances, but after three disappointing visits, I feel like it's time to leave a review. The inside of the restaurant has been closed during all three of my recent visits, leaving the drive-thru as the only option. Unfortunately, the automated drive-thru ordering system makes the process take significantly longer than it should and frequently gets orders wrong. The customer service has been just as frustrating. During my last two visits, the employee at the window was dismissive and rude. On my most recent visit, we were given the wrong food, and when I politely pointed out that we were missing an item, the employee became combative rather than simply correcting the mistake. I completely understand that everyone has a bad day, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, experiencing this kind of service two visits in a row, on top of the ongoing issues with the dining room and ordering system, is unacceptable. I enjoy Bojangles, but this location seriously needs to improve its customer service, order accuracy, and overall operations. It's disappointing to repeatedly leave a restaurant feeling like an inconvenience for simply trying to order and receive the food I paid for.
