- DHDrew HallSep 13, 20262.0Somehow, this has been the best Bojangles Ive been to in the area despite my rating. Theres 2 closer to my house that I drive past to get to this one. Then I had this experience today that put them in the same bucket as far as I'm concerned. They messed up our order 3 times today, well say 2 to be fair. First time was handing us the wrong order, then the 'correct' order was missing stuff which we also had to get fixed. Finally, we get home and the sausage gravy tastes like beef brown gravy. They claim its a recipe change to sawmill gravy but as someone who has made a LOT of sawmill gravy in their lifetime, I dont remember any of it EVER having a weird gross beef taste to it. Wont get their gravy biscuit again ever, which really sucks because I loved Bojangles breakfast before. Biscuits and gravy are top 3 favorite food of all time for me. Don't know how you mess up something like gravy that even McDonalds can do a mediocre but acceptable job on. Specially when Bojangles wants to charge $4 for it. I bought two gravy biscuits and they ended up in the trash, completely inedible. I'll be back at some point Im sure, but only because Bojangles is my wife's favorite fast food. As far as I'm concerned, this is not worth going 99% of the time anymore and I will heavily discourage us from going back after this. Between the messed up orders, the AI drive thru, the recipe changes, its really just not worth it anymore. Not for as much as we spent certainly.

It wasn’t busy there was no effort put into a fast food order. This is sad. I mean I wish I could add the picture of the biscuit with two pieces of bacon Extremly sad don’t recommend
