  Absolutely the worst waste of space on strawberry plains pine I’ve ever experienced! The food is terrible,the service is slowwwwww and the employees are not nice at all. Please take this restaurant away and put something in that people will go to and that is ran correctly

  Terrible experience. I ordered a 4pc chicken meal (number 10) and was charged for a 5 piece and didn't realize it, and was still only given 4 pieces. They took 35 minutes to get my food and I had to go up to the counter and ask, after seeing 5 or 6 people that ordered after me get their food. They were happy to take my money, but couldn't care less if I ever got what I paid for. The girl at the register was very rude and condescending for no reason. She is single handedly destroying this location's reputation. Paid extra for sauce I didn't even get. I'll probably never eat at a Bojangles again thanks to her.

  The chicken was so dry and biscuit was burnt. The food was probably leftover from the day or even two days before. Also the manager had an attitude while we were nice and polite the whole time. She was also being so mean to her employees for literally no reason and I could see the tear on that girl’s face when she was going back to get the order for us…

  Just after 10:30 on Sunday morning, and their robot attendant doesnt tell you that your biscuit combo goes to fries that early (not Bo-rounds). They need to train their robot to have better customer service. Country ham biscuit felt short on ham. They forgot the straw but included other condiments and sporks. Would have had to wait 2 min for Bo rounds so we left. Consider Bo rounds until 11 am or put a sign up.
